A first meeting (in person or via video conferencing) will allow me to introduce myself and to understand your expectations in order to offer you the most suitable package.
To confirm your booking, the contract must be returned signed together with 40% deposit of the total agreed price.

How do you work on the day ?
I make sure to be as discrete as possible so that everybody can enjoy the day. This will allow me to capture genuine people’s emotions.

Do I need a second shooter ?
A second shooter will allow me to obtain more footage for the making of the final video. Having another person on site will make sure to capture all people’s emotion as well as capturing the same scene at different angle.

Have you done any events outside of Reunion Island ?
Yes, I have been asked to film several events from North America to Europe and Asia. It should be noted that transport and accomodation charges (plane/train ticket, car rental and accomodation) are not included in the package price and shall be discussed during the meeting.

How long does it take before I receive the video ?
The making and delivery of the video usually take 2 to 6 months depending on the period of the year. May-October being peak season and November-April being off peak season for weddings.

In case of unexpected event, will I be able to cancel my booking ?
A total refund of the deposit will be possible up to 30 days before the agreed date. However, any transport and/or accommodation bookings paid by myself are not refundable and will be deducted from the deposit.
